 ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

 You can pay for your online order with bank-issued credit cards or debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay and PayPal. Your account or gift card will be charged once your order has been placed. At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit-only cards requiring a PIN for purchase or any other form of payment. 

Tax on U.S. purchase

Sara Lauren USA honours each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment. Except as otherwise noted below, we are required by law to charge tax where applicable. Orders that will be delivered to Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island may be subject to such tax depending on their individual requirements.

There is no tax for orders delivered to addresses in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma*, Oregon, South Dakota*, Vermont*, West Virginia and Wyoming. Please note that order totals at checkout reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated once your order is shipped.

 To learn important sales and use tax information regarding the tax you may owe directly to these states please contact you state and local tax agencies.

CANADA TAXES AND DUTY

 Canada taxes and duty are calculated separately from shipping costs. If you are placing a Canadian order, your tax amount will include national taxes and provincial taxes determined by your location. Duty is tax imposed on imports by the Canadian Customs Authority. Duty rates vary based on the type of products you are importing and the country they came from or were made in. For your convenience, we calculate and collect duty from you in the checkout process and pay it to the Canadian Customs Authority on your behalf. 

 Your complete order total, including tax and duty, will be displayed in U.S. dollars at checkout. You will be able to view and approve these charges before completing your order. Should you need to return an item, you will be refunded the tax and duty amount that you paid.

TROUBLESHOOTING FAILED AUTHORIZATION & PAYMENT DECLINES

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide us with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to resolve most payment issues.

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links.

 You can also sign in to your account and follow the tracking link under "Order History." Please note it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear. Still have questions?

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR:

 All orders over $100.00 and any order delivered to a business address require signatures. Sometimes a signature may be required for orders under $100, at the discretion of the UPS driver.

WEEKEND DELIVER

Packages delivered by USPS might arrive on a Saturday. All other packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

 WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
